Thomas E. Williams

WOODBURY: Thomas Earle Williams, 54, of Woodbury passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Central Vermont Medical Center in Berlin, with his loving family at his side., following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on September 12,1969, in Burlington; the son of Dennis and Lorette (Courville) Williams. Tom grew up in Milton, graduating in 1987. At very early age Tom, had a gift of making people laugh, either telling a story or finding humor in any situation. He loved hunting and fishing. Just being out in the woods made him happy.

Tom spent most of his working years in retail, 18 years at Aubuchon Hardware and

many at Morrisville Lumber. He also spent many years at Cedar Glen Landscaping.

In 2019, Tom married his soulmate, Julie Dow. Together they built a farm in Woodbury. Tom had a love of animals including their fur babies.

Survivors include: his wife Julie, and her sons, Jeremy and Dakota; his parents Dennis and Lorette; a brother Paul, and his son Jason; Tom's daughter Shari (Jason) and her children, Ashley Martel, Cassy Douglas, Lexis and Jorden Partlow.

He was the proud papa to Lanayah and Evelyn. Tom shared a close relationship with his brother-in-law Rodney and his family, Amanda and her partner Tyler, Tiffany (Josh) Kilburn and Shania Campbell. He had a special relationship with his nephews Avery and Theo. He also leaves numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.

Tom was predeceased by cousins, Mark Williams, Mike Willimas and Richard Perry, mother-in-law Betty Campbell as well as grandparents, uncles, and friends.

Although Tom's life was short, we will focus on the happy times we shared. To honor Tom, make people smile.

A very special thank you to Aunt Diane, for all the comfort given to Tom during these past few months.

Visiting hours will be held 6-8- PM, on Thursday evening, August 8, 2024, at Northern Vermont Funeral Home, 60 Elm Street, Hardwick.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Friday, August 9,2024 at Mary Queen of all Saints Parish, St. Norbert's Church, South Main Street, Hardwick with Father Raj Madri celebrant.
