Thomas S. Allen

MORRISVILLE: Thomas Scott Allen, 58, of Morrisville died October 10, 2026, at Copley Hospital in Morrisville.

He was born May 13, 1968, in Morrisville; the son of the late Dale J. and Pamela (Kellogg) Allen. He attended Peoples Academy, graduating in the class of 1986.

Following his education, Thomas entered the US Navy. He was Honorably Discharged following his tour of duty.

On December 31, 1992, he married Ruth Gedney in Morrisville. On December 19th, 1994, Thomas and Ruth (Gedney) Allen welcomed their only child Colton to their home in Hyde Park.

Thomas was employed by Blow & Cote and later worked for Leo’s Welding until his health failed. He enjoyed golfing, gardening, hunting, cards, crossword puzzles and especially time with his closest friends every Friday evening.

Survivors include: his son Colton R. Allen, of Morrisville; two siblings: Debra Marcoux of Hyde Park and Daniel Allen of Johnson; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

All services will be private at the convenience of his family.
