Carlton O. Corrow

NEWBURY, VT: Carlton Otis Corrow, 63, of Newbury formerly of Walden and Lyndonville, died unexpectedly on January 20, 2024, at his residence with his wife and son at his side.

He was born July 11,1960 in North Hampton, MA; the son of Otis and Joyce (Bidwell) Corrow.

On February 14, 2008, he married Roxanne Lee Cota in Walden where they made their home until relocating to Newbury.

He was employed by Vermont Aerospace Industries in Lyndonville, VT for more than 38 years. He was also a homecare provider for people with traumatic brain injuries for 20+ years. Carl was very hardworking and dedicated to his career so that he could provide the best possible life for his family.

Carlton was an avid sports enthusiast for all New England Teams from the Boston Red Sox to the Patriots (who loudly and proudly supported his teams by yelling toward the tv).  He loved the outdoors including hunting and golfing.  He loved his dogs and holidays with his children and grandchildren. He will be remembered for his dry (often inappropriate) sense of humor, quick wit, and his determination to overcome whatever life sent his way.

Survivors include: his loving wife Roxanne, of Newbury; six children, Tiffany Drown and her husband, Nathan of Barre, VT,  Lacey Mason, and her husband, Phillip of Campobello, SC, Adam Corrow of Inman, SC., Tyler Corrow, of Barre, VT, Storm Corrow of Stamford, CT and Hunter Corrow of Stamford, CT. three siblings, Dan Corrow of Piermont, NH., Denise Griffith of Bushnell, FL., and Jeannine Erpelding of Piermont, NH; 10 grandchildren; Brooke, Gabriel, Caleb, Jackson, Peyton, Bentley, Kaydence, Addison, Brayden, and Grace; one great grandson, Dexter; many nieces, nephews, cousins and John, an intimate member of our extended family.

Carlton was predeceased by his parents Otis and Joyce Corrow and son Anthony Corrow.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 PM on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Northern Vermont Funeral Home, 60 Elm Street, Hardwick, VT with Rev. Ernest Macia officiating.

The burial will be held at 10 AM., on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the family lot in the Fairview Cemetery in Hardwick.
